We will exchange any defective merchandise with the same item within 30 days of purchase.  We will also replace any defective game cartridges purchased from Champ Games for as long as you own the cartridge (that doesn't show any obvious signs of neglect or abuse).  If you need to exchange an item, please contact us.

Digital ROM Files

We do not offer refunds on Digital ROM file purchases.  Please read the compatibility matrix carefully for the game your are interested in and download the demo ROM.  Test the demo ROM on the systems and/or emulators you plan on playing the game to make sure it works as expected before purchasing the full ROM.

As a rule of thumb, most of the advanced Champ Games digital ROMs will NOT work on the following:

• Atari Flashback consoles, including the Atari Flashback Portable.
• Atari 2600+, MyArcade Gamestation Pro or MISTer FPGA.
• RetroN 77  (unless updated with the latest Stella community build).  NOTE:  Recent releases including Qyx, Gorf Arcade, Turbo Arcade and Elevator Agent do NOT work on the RetroN 77 even with the update).
• PlusCart+ and UnoCart.
